Maerl Bay
Maerl Bay is a deep-sea diving game about finding and cataloguing algae beds of maerl found within Swedish waters. Pilot Calvin the Drone and snap as many photos of maerl as you can before bringing them back up top—watch out for the treacherous marine life below and keep an eye on your battery!
This game was produced for the 2023 GBG Science Jam in collaboration with marine plant physiologist Lina Rasmusson, whose research focuses on seagrass and other hydrophytes. Her current area of research revolves around finding and charting maerl in her ongoing project, "Fantastic Maerl and Where to Find Them".
Controls:

I really love this! Gives an old Sega Genesis kind of vibe. Really fun, lovely atmosphere, gorgeous art. Simple yet engaging. A really nice blend of genuine scientific inspiration and cute, fun gaming!
The only feedback I would give (same as someone else below) is restarting just the level you're currently on rather than going back to the beginning when you lose would be nice, as it's a little demotivating returning to the beginning, especially with such a cosy atmosphere game. This relatively easy to implement feature would be enough, I think, to make the game sellable! :)
(If you wanted to go a little more complex, you could return to a puzzle selection screen after losing, allowing you to chose any of the levels you've already played, while having future levels locked. This would also give an idea of progress, i.e. how many levels remain).

Very nice, but having to restart from level 1 is a downer. If it only would set you back one level I'd be hooked.

Nice Game,
if you plan on continuing the development and are interested in feedback, here is some:
-a sound control would be nice, or adjusting some SFX that way to loud
-the option to watch the photos taken at the end of the run, can not fully watch them when trying to do the level as fast as posible
